It also has an outstanding air purifying effect that keeps rooms feeling more fresh and pleasant than rooms with ordinary wallpaper. Hanji has outstanding temperature and moisture control properties and helps relieve atopic dermatitis and rhinitis.
Although the building was built in the traditional style, the guesthouse is equipped with modern amenities. Services include clean bedding, a hearty breakfast, shared Internet access, free Wi-Fi, personal lockers, and keypad door locks.
Also, in consideration of its female guests (70-80% of all guests are female), there is a “powder room” complete with a cosmetics table.

Facilities include a cafe that serves toast and coffee, free Wi-Fi services, and a card door lock system for all guest rooms.
Another special feature of Dream Guesthouse is the rooftop garden, which is open free of charge to all guests.
The cost for a room is KRW 69,000 on weekdays (single room) and KRW 79,000 on weekends.
