Out of the plethora of cafes in Korea, I was wondering if I
should introduce a truly unique café to you today…
Well, here it is! Hongdae’s Sheep Café, Thanks Nature Café! 😊
The
Unique Café: Thanks Nature Cafe
Thanks Nature Café is located in Seoul’s Hongdae neighbor and
is home to two sheep that, for about 3 months, were unable to get used to their
surroundings in Daegwallyeong. So, they have been brought here for some time to
raise their sociability before sending them back to their natural home. Then
more sheep will come again for the same purpose.
What
Makes Thanks Nature Café Special
While Thanks Nature Café is famous for its sheep, it is all
famous for its waffles. There are 10 varieties of waffles to try, including the
cuatro waffle, yuja waffle, and the sweet
Further, there is food you can purchase to connect with and
feed the pet sheep. Try it out before or after having a bite to eat. 😊
The
Interior
Inside is a warm
feeling made by natural wood and grass.
The ceilings are tall, so it doesn’t get stuffy and there are various
things fun sheep-related items to make the interior even more fun.
