If you are visiting Seoul this September, there is a good news for you! Gyeongbokgung Palace is opening at night from 17th September - 30 September 2017. Yes! The evening admission of Gyeongbokgung Palace will be starting this Sunday (17th September)!

The Evening Admission of Gyeongbokgung Palace is very popular among the Koreans. There are about 3000 entrance tickets sold online prior to the Evening Admission period, but it is already sold out.

However, don't worry!! There are 500 tickets available for foreigners on site. If you wear the Korean traditional clothes (Hanbok), you can get free admission. Note: If you want to get free admission with Hanbok, you have to book the tickets online. (limited to 500 per day only).

Take Airport Railroad #AREX to Gongdeok Station > Transfer to Seoul Subway Line 5 > Get off at Gwanghwamun Station > Walk to Gyeongbokgung Palace (5mins)

or

Take Airport Railroad #AREX to Gongdeok Station > Transfer to Seoul Subway Line 5 to Jongno 3-ga > Transfer to Seoul Subway Line 3 > Get off at Gyeongbokgung Station
