It's the newest AREX station that was opened in September 2018. Other than the opening of the new AREX station, there is also another new attraction in Magok-dong area. Seoul Botanic Park ( 서울식물원), consists of a park and botanical garden, had its soft opening on 11 October 2018 and currently running its trial operation. Admission is FREE during the trial operation but after the grand opening of Seoul Botanic Park in May 2019, admission fee will be charged. So, if you are visiting Seoul from now until May 2019, grab this opportunity to visit Seoul Botanic Garden for FREE!

You can get to Seoul Botanic Park by taking the AREX All stop train and get off at Magongnaru Station Exit 3 or 4.
