1. AREX Lost and Found Center

What should I do if I lost an item while riding an AREX?

The Lost and Found Center, located a AREX Geomam Station,

We manage all lost and found items in AREX.

 

2. Lost and Found Center: Lost/Demand inquiry service

All lost items, except for the loss of consigned baggage, will be collected at the Lost and Found Center.

You can inquire lost or missing items on AREX homepage.

It's easy to find lost items.

3. Lost and Found Center: Report and receive lost items

You can report it to the Customer Information Center (1599-778) or AREX Lost and Found Center (032-745-7777). 

If you have an I.D. with your lost and found,

You can easily receive lost items.

*If it is difficult for you to visit, 

you can fill out a letter of attorney and receive it as an agent.
