[Camping in Yeongjongdo] Yeongjongdo Seaside Caravan Camping Place

"Seaside Park" in Jung-gu, Incheon, is one of the best weekend outings among Koreans as it has various travel and leisure facilities such as water sports, rail bike, camping sites and caravan camping place.

- Yeongjongdo Camping Site -

The Yeongjong Seaside Caravan and Camping Place has a tent camping site and a caravan camping site.

There are 2 tent camping area that you may choose according to your preference:
1. Normal gravel zone
2. Deck zone

However, if you don't have your own camping equipment, you can rent a tent, typically for a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 children), it included tent + table + chair (4 each) plus lamp. In addition, you can also rent cooking set + portable gas stove with an additional fee of KRW 10,000. Other personal items such as bedding, food and utensils have to be prepared by your own.

There is sink and shower room in the bathroom building for the convenience of campers. Besides that, there is also a separate sink in the middle of the tent area.

If you wish to enjoy camping but you don't feel comfortable with the tent camping site, you can head to Yeongjong Seaside Caravan Site that is located at the end of the Seaside Park Coastal Walkway.

Caravan is a mobile "home" towed behind a vehicle.
There are a total of 22 caravans at the Yeongjongdo Seaside Caravan Camping Site.

In addition, gazebo and grill are installed at each unit for you to enjoy outdoor barbecue session.

Inside the caravan, there are bunk bed, double bed, sofa and TV. In addition, there are toilet (shower is available),  refrigerator, electric rice cooker, plates and kitchen utensils, so you just have to prepare food. How convenient it is!

There is a playground next to the caravan camping site, making this a prefect place for a weekend outing for family with children.

- Seaside Park : Foot Spa -

Another attraction of Seaside Park is the Foot Spa, which is free of charge, and it uses continental shelf rock water from 800 meters underground.

Seaside Park Foot Spa opens from 1pm - 5pm on weekdays and from 10.30am to 5pm on weekends. However, it is closed every Monday (if Monday is a national holiday, it is closed on the next day).

Also, to maintain good water quality, the water is changed every morning. There is a basin next to the Foot Spa, so please remember to clean your feet at the basin before entering the Foot Spa pool.
