There are many famous night view spots in Seoul. One of them is the Palgakjeong Pavilion at Eungbongsan Mountain. You can take public transportation to get to Eungbongsan to enjoy magnificent night view of Hangang. Although it is located up on the hill, it is not difficult to walk up.
To get to Eungbongsan Palgakjeong Pavilion, you can take Seoul Subway Gyeongui–Jungang Line to Eungbong Station and walk approximately 10 mins. You can easily find your way to Palgakjeong Pavilion from the subway station as there are many signboards that provide information to guide you there.
The stairs are nicely installed so you can walk up conveniently. In addition, as you walk up, don't forget to enjoy the beautiful view on the left. This makes your journey going up less tiring.
Eungbongsan Mountain is about 81m. It is not high but has always been popular due to the beautiful surroundings. During the Joseon Dynasty, the king are said to have come here for hunting, so it was also called Maebongsan Mountain.

At Eungbongsan Palgakjeong Pavilion, you can see the view of Seoul city in 360-degree at this spacious area. Besides that, sunrise festival is held here on the 1st January, every year.
If you go up to Palgakjeong Pavilion, you can enjoy the breath-taking scenery of Hangang.
However, there are large trees around Palgakjeong Pavilion, so you may feel a little disappointed as some views might be blocked by the trees. If you wish to see a full view of Hangang, it is recommended that you go to the park.
Eungbongsan Mountain has been selected as an excellent scenic spot in Seoul.
