- Geomam Station -

 

When you take AREX train to Incheon International Airport, the first station in Incheon Seo-gu that you will see is Geomam Station. Let's check out Geomam Station together!

Geomam Station is a station with dual island platform. AREX is on the first and second floor whereas Incheon Subway Line 2 is on third and fourth floor. To get to the ticket gate, the fastest way is to use the escalator in front of car 2-1 (heading Incheon International Airport) and in front of car 2-3 (heading Seoul Station). To transfer to Incheon Subway Line 2, the fastest way is by taking the escalator in front of car 6-4 (heading Incheon International Airport) and car 2-3 (heading Seoul Station).

[Toilet]

The restroom is located after the ticket gate on AREX side, and outside the ticket gate on Incheon Subway Line 2 side.

[Amenities]

After the ticket gate on AREX line, there is a dessert cafe and restaurant where you can get some light food.

[Convenience Stores]

There are two convenience stores. One is in front of Exit 1 and another one is at the transfer passageway to Incheon Subway Line 2.

[Transfer Passageway]

When you walk from AREX line to transfer to Incheon Subway Line 2, you will see a few shops along the way such as cafes, restaurants, clothing store, as well as Self exchange lounge (currency exchange machine).

[Transfer Gate]

When you transfer from AREX to Incheon Subway Line 2, there will be no extra charge at the transfer gate (Except for passengers from Incheon Airport T1/T2 Station ~ Unseo Station).

[Cafe in the Station]

There is a cafe next to the convenience store near Geomam Station Exit 1.

[Getting to the Exit]

Exit 1 is located at the AREX line while Exit 2 and Exit 3 are located near Incheon Subwa Line 2. Exit 2 has escalator and stairs whereas Exit 3 has elevator and stairs. Besides that, taxi stop is located at Exit 1 and there is bus stop outside Exit 1 ~3 at Geomam Station.

[Bus Stop]

There are two bus stops at Geomam Station. If you get off at Exit 1, the bus stop is 'Geomam Station'. If you get off at Exit 2 and Exit 3, the bus stop is 'Entrance of Geomam Station'.

[Smoking Area]

The area around the station is non-smoking area. You can only smoke at the smoking area located on the left side of Exit 1.

[Parking Lot]

Parking fee: 300won per 10 mins, Maximum fare is 8,000won a day

[Bicycle Rental Shop]

When you get out at Exit 1, you will see a bike rental place on the left. You may rent a bike and cycle to Ara Water!

[Ara Waterway Sicheon Riverside]

At Ara Waterway Sicheon Riverside, there is a plaza, playground, small camping ground, ferry platform, etc. You will also find bicycle path and pedestrian path here so it is perfect to go for a walk or ride a bike.
