Bohemian Roasters (Sangam branch)

It is the cafe of the Mr. Park Yi-chu, the first-generation barista in Korea, who is also known as the barista of the baristas. He operates only two branches in Seoul with the philosophy that he should roast the coffee beans himself. Waiting is a must! This is the representative pork cutlet restaurant in Sangam-dong. The pork cutlet has a 6:1 ratio between lean meat and fats, offering a harmonious taste and juicy meat. It's the secret recipe after putting in a lot of effort to find the proper degrees of cooking, as the juice disappear if it's deep-fried and the meat won't be cooked properly if it is not fried too long.

Run It Roastery

This is a roastery cafe that roasts beans from various countries such as Guatemala, Ethiopia and Panama. "Run It" means "let's talk", which the owner wants to keep the customer's story in the coffee. Maven Coffee Roasters is a specialty coffee shop where they roast the green beans that are carefully selected through cupping test by Q-Grader. Moreover, their coffee price is reasonable too. You can find some simple bakery food. On one side of the cafe, you will see the display of coffee beans and cold brew milk tea that are available for purchase. You can also subscribe to the coffee beans that you like.

The owner, who loves traveling, once dreamed of opening a guesthouse. So he renovated this building and set up a café with the hope that the customers will feel like they are on vacation when they visit this café. They use organic ingredients in food and beverages, and the containers and vinyl are eco-friendly too. On the 17th of every month (Eco-friendly Day), you can get KRW 2,000 discount if you bring your own tumbler.

Sate Coffee

This is a cafe with minimalist interior design that are all in white such as the coffee bar and tables. On the other hand, the equipment and tools associated with coffee are all black, which leaves a strong impression. Even before its official opening in 2020, it already gained popularity among the coffee enthusiasts as this café is operated by the Finalist of Korea Brewers Cup. Filter coffee prepared by the owner is the representative menu.
