Remove the dried persimmon stalk and cut about 0.5cm on the top and bottom. Then, cut it vertically at the center and spread it out long.



If there are seeds in the dried persimmon, please remove the seeds. Stack the trimmed dried persimmon so that the end part overlaps slightly, and spread it. It is easy to make just 3 or 3 dried persimmon rolls.




Spread the cream cheese on top of dried persimmon, and put the walnuts too. If you dislike cream cheese, you can put only the walnuts. If you are allergy to nuts or dislike walnuts, you can just put cream cheese. Just modify it according to your own preference.




Wrap the dried persimmon well like gimbap. Then, roll them on a wrap to shape them. You can cut it right away, but it is recommended to leave it in the freezer for a while before you cut it so that the shape will not be changed. Dried persimmon has a high sugar content and a low freezing point, so it won't be difficult to cut because it does not get frozen even if it is left in the freezer.




When the shape is fixed, take it out, cut it into bite-sized pieces, and remove the wrap.
