Gyeyang Station has Airport Railroad and Incheon Subway Line 1. This station is always crowded as many people are commuting between Seoul and Incheon International Airport. It is the important point for transportation connecting Seoul and Incheon. [Fastest Way to Transfer]

The airport railroad is located on the 2nd Floor of Gyeyang Station. If you want to transfer to Incheon Subway Line 1, you have to go to 1st Floor.

There are two restrooms in AREX Gyeyang Station, and both can be found after passing the ticket gate. There are located beside the station office.

There is GS25 convenience store next to the ticket gate.

The Customer Information Center is located in between Paris Baguette and Marijjang restaurant.

There is a car park at Gyeyang Station, and payment is only available by card.

There is a smoking area outside Gyeyang Station building, and it is located behind the car park area.

You can have simple meals at Paris Baguette or Marijjang Restaurant.

They are located beside the Customer Information Center.

Besides Paris Baguette and Marijjang, you can also find Coffee Gumaguma near the escalator side of Incheon Subway Line 1 transfer gate.

[Recommended Spots Nearby Gyeyang Station]

After getting off at Gyeyang Station Exit 1, and walk about 20 mins, you will arrive at the Ara Waterway. It will remind you of the word "Arario" int he Korean traditional song, Arirang.

Ara Waterway serves as a canal connecting Hangang River and West Sea. This is a good place to ride a bicycle while enjoying nice view and cool river breeze.

Currently, Airport Railroad and Lycle are holding an event offering 20% discount on bicycle rental fee. When you install the Lycle app (online bicycle rental app), you can get 20% discount coupon for the bicycle rental at AREX Gyeyang and Geomam Station. You can choose the bicycle you want to ride on the app and get the bicycle at the bicycle rental center in front of Gyeyang Station Exit 1.

After getting off at Gyeyang Station Exit 1, walk towards left side and pass through the car park. You will see the Ara Waterway signboard (showing 200m) below the overpass.

You have to walk pass under the railroad following the arrow sign.

After passing the overpass, you will see the Gyeongin Ara Waterway! If you want to start riding at Suhyangwon which is at the opposite direction, you can go up using the elevator in front of you and cross Gyeyang Bridge to get to the opposite side.

If it is difficult to bring the bicycle from the station, you can rent it at the bicycle rental center at Ara Waterway. However, the discount coupon mentioned above is not available here.
