For lovers and fans of K-POP and Korea, there is a BTS pop-up store near Shinnonhyeon Station opening October 18^th. :)

There are various BTS related goods, experiences and a photo zone that you won’t be able to peel your eyes off of!

We hope those of you coming to Korea for a New Year’s trip come and have a look!

So, shall we?

BTS Pop-up Store : HOUSE OF BTS

These days, the store is the hottest place near Gangnam and Shinnonhyeon Station.

You can feel the popularity just by seeing the huge lines of people waiting to get in. :) This is the BTS Pop-up store, HOUSE OF BTS.

Further, thanks to the combination of being located downtown amongst the warmth of autumn trees and soft pink color of the pop-up store, you will feel like you’re hidden away in the middle of a fairy tale.

While in line to get in, you can get a bingo stamp and a pamphlet with a list of goods and prices jotted down.

Visitors who come and visit can get all of the BTS goods such as bracelets, pencils, cards, and more. So, we hope you stop by. :)

B1 : Meet BTS Through Various Goodies

The BTS pop-up store is comprised of four floors from B1 to 3F.

Every floor has its own BTS music playing in the background with B1 housing BTS clothing, diaries, picture frames, dolls, fans and more.

Further, since the number of visitors at one time is restricted, you can freely look around without feeling cramped. The spacious interior allows for a beam screen with BTS music videos playing along with an AR experience next to the registers that allow you to make lasting memories with BTS characters.

1F : Charming Dolls and Cafe Persona

On the first floor is a café and pick up desk. On one side are fridges with BTS dolls spilling out, thus making it a great photo zone.

At the pick up desk you can get started with the bingo event and buying some goods, you can receive them at the desk so you have an even more comfortable visit to the store.

 2F : Music Video Photo Zone

Moving from the 1^st to the 2^nd floor you will find a wall with BTS members and their signatures.

The BTS member dolls and character figurines make this floor bustling with visitors.

Each figurine has that member’s signatures and token phrases written on them making the area THE space with so much meaning in it.

Outside of this is the space from BTS music videos with various photo zones, experiences and goods! Even if you’re not a BTS fan, you can have a fantastic time which will leave you with fun memories.

3F : Large Pillars and BTS Home Theme Zone

As you make your way to the 3^rd floor, you will find a labyrinth of large, slim pillars.

Further, behind the sculptures is a loft with a “home theme”.

Here, in order to make memories with BTS members, many visitors will wait in huge lines! :)

[AREX NUMBER] Everything of the Korean Wave: K-Style Hub

Today, I will introduce a place where you can experience the Korean Wave and Korea’s diverse tourist attractions.

What Kind of Place is the K-Style Hub?

K-Style Hub is a place to experience Korean culture through the extended tourist information that it provides.

The K- Style Hub is an all-in-one place for K-Pop, medical tourism, traditional culture and ICT (Information and Communications Technology) techniques. Here, people work hard to provide visitors with a nice place to relax, experience various activities, and provide helpful information pertaining to Korean culture.

2F Tourism Center

On the second floor is the Tourism Center where you can find information about Korea’s various tourism attractions.

In particular, you will find information about places that utilize Korean ICT technologies. You will also be able to take part in a Korean Star AR photo experience, find information about medical tourism, see a 360 media wall view of a drone, and try a VR experience of the National Park of Korea and other key tourist spots.

3F Korean Food Culture Exhibition

On the third floor, there is an exhibition showcasing Korean food culture allowing you to understand the old wisdom of Korea.

Owing to Korea’s four distinct seasons, Korea divides the year into 24 sections with seasons customs. 

While there is a display wall showcasing the changing of foods and different containers, traditional Korean ingredients are brought back to life for all to experience through their five senses.

4F Korean Culture Center

On the fourth floor, you can learn about indigenous Korean ingredients and try Korean foods.

At the Korean Food Learning Center, there is a program in which you can make and try traditional Korean dishes.

In addition, there is more to learn about Korean food and recipes at the reception area.

5F Regional Tourism Experience

Lastly, on the fifth flood is the Regional Tourism Experience Center where information about Korea’s culture and various regions has been compiled for you.

During the hanbok experience, you may take pictures at a photo zone while wearing a variety of hanbok, while during the crafts experience you can make handmake various Korean crafts.

Outside of this, there is a special exhibition with souvenirs to buy in addition to being able to learn about the exhibition pieces found at the Regional Tourism Experience Zone.

Getting to K-Style Hub on the AREX

From Seoul Station Line #1 take “0” and go “2” stops to Jonggak Station.  Then take exit “5” and walk “7” minutes until you find K-Style Hub.
