※The AREX Express Train will resume its operation starting January 1st, 2022.

In this post, we will share with you the fastest way to get to the passenger terminal from transportation center, convenience facilities and others.
[Fastest Way to Get Off the Train]
-- AREX Incheon Airport T2 Station Direction
You can get off at Car #1-1, #5-4, and take the escalator to go up. When you get off at Car #1-1 to go up, you will come out to the ticket gate of AREX Express Train.
If you get off at Car #3-1, you can take the elevator.
-- AREX Seoul Station Direction
For AREX Seoul Station direction, it is separated by AREX Express train and AREX All-Stop Train.
If you mistakenly got off at the wrong station, you can't take the train at the opposite platform due to the fence placed in the middle of the platform. So please be careful and check twice before getting off the train.
If you want to use the elevator, you can get off at Car #2-3.
Let us tell you how to get to the departure hall in the fastest way after getting off at AREX Incheon Airport T1 Station.
After taking the elevator or escalator to go up to B1 floor from the train platform, just pass through the ticket gate, and take the escalator up to get to the Incheon Airport Departure Hall. If you need to use the baggage cart, you can take the moving walk next to the escalator.

There are two restrooms at the AREX Incheon Airport T1 Station, and both are located outside the ticket gate. After coming out from AREX All-Stop Train ticket gate, you can see on restroom on the left. If you come out from AREX Express Train ticket gate, you can see the restroom on the right.
[Convenience Facilities]
-- Customer Information Center
Same like the restroom, you can find a Customer Information Center located outside the ticket gate of AREX Express Train and AREX All-Stop Train.
-- Free Electric Cart Service for vulnerable passengers
Electric cart for the vulnerable (eg. children and elderly) are available to match the arrival time of the AREX train. Since the number of airport passengers has reduced lately, this service is also open for other passengers. There are two carts operating at the moment, and they wait outside the ticket gate of AREX All stop Train and AREX Express Train.
-- ATM
The ATM is located inside the ticket gate of AREX All stop Train and AREX Express Train. When you take the escalator up from the platform, you will be able to see the ATM.
-- Self Exchange Lounge
There is a Self Exchange Lounge for currency exchange that can be found near the AREX All stop Train platform.
However, the Travel Store and Express Train Passengers Lounge are closed due to COVID-19.
When the AREX Express Train operation resumes, the lounge for AREX Express Train passengers will be in operation again.
※The AREX Express Train will resume its operation starting January 1st, 2022.
-- Baggage Cart
You can get a baggage cart right in front of the AREX All-Stop Train ticket gate. There is also an area for baggage cart which can be found under the moving walk near the AREX Express Train ticket gate.
-- Transportation Card (T-money) Vending Machine
There is a self-service transportation card (T-money) vending machine outside AREX All-Stop Train. There are many designs available, so it can be fun to choose the design that you want and buy it.
As AREX Express Train is scheduled to resume its operation on January 1st, 2022, we hope for the day when everyone can travel abroad safely again.
