Cheongna International City Station, known as high-tech city, was opened in 2016 and boasts pleasant facilities.

[Fastest Way to Get to the Exit]

-- AREX Incheon Airport Station Direction

Get off at Car #2-1, and take the escalator or walk up the stairs.

If you get off at Car #4-1, you may take the elevator to the exit.

-- AREX Seoul Station Direction

Get off at Car #2-1, and take the escalator or walk up the stairs.

If you get off at Exit 3-4, you may take the elevator to get to the exit in the fastest way.

[Main Facilities]

-- Restroom

The restroom in Cheongna International City Station is located outside the ticket gate, which is in front of Exit 2. There is no restroom once you have entered the ticket gate, so if you need to use the restroom, please take note of this and use it before entering the ticket gate.

[Convenience Facilities]

-- Customer Information Center 

Customer Information Center is located next to the ticket gate.

-- Nursing Room

There is a nursing room next to the ticket machine. For safety reason, it is normally locked. Please visit the customer service center to request from the staff if you need to use the nursing room.

-- Convenience Store

There is a GS25 convenience store next to the nursing room.

-- Other Stores in the Station

There is Paris Baguette located in between Exit 1 and 2.

-- ATM

Inside the station, there is a KB Bank ATM on the left side of Exit 1 (when you are facing the exit).

There is also a Hana Bank ATM outside Exit 1 of Cheongna International City Station.

-- Parking Lot

There is a large car park outside Cheongna International City Station Exit 2.

Parking Fee:

*KRW 300 for 10 mins / KRW 8,000 per day / KRW 80,000 for Monthly Pass

-- Smoking Area

To get to the smoking area, get out from Exit 1, walk towards the right side.

-- Bicycle Parking Rack Stand

Outside Cheongna International City Station Exit 1, you will see the bicycle parking rack stand.

Recommended Spot near Cheongna International City Station

Cheongna Lake Park is a nice spot for a family outing. There are many things that you can enjoy here such as water leisure activities and equipment for children's activities. As it is located along the lake, it boasts a beautiful scenery of the lake.

Water leisure activity is one of the things to enjoy at Cheongna Lake Park. They are located near the Cheongna Cultural Complex Center and Book Drive.

(As of October 21, 2021, the water leisure activity around Cheongna Cultural Complex Center is not available due to the delay of mooring launch.)

The lake park has well installed trails and benches where you can relax while looking at the lake. it is also a great place to for picnic.

It is good to take a slow walk by the lake while listening to the sound of reeds shaking in the wind. It is also recommended as a must-visit spot if you come to Cheongna International City Station in the Autumn.

October’s “Station of the Month” is Incheon’s Cheongna Int’l City Station.

Cheongna Int’l City Station is a place for economic and trade development while also being easily accessible from Seoul that has experience a surge of people moving in, thus giving it a great deal of unlocked potential growth.

Cheongna Int’l City Station is divided into two floors with the ticketing and turnstiles on the first floor and the entrances and exits on the second.

Further, the station’s platforms are rather long so you can move about through the elevated passageways on the second floor.

Outside of exit 1 are bus and taxi stops while outside of exit 2 is a parking garage you may use for a fee.

On the exterior of the building is a free-to-use bicycle storage area with picture instructions explaining how to use it. Please give it a try!

The interior of the station features convenience facilities such as a customer service center with a nursing room next door, and Emart 24 convenience store, Paris Baguette, and and ATM.

Cheongna Central Lake Park

Cheongna Central Lake Park, where Dokkaebi’s lead role Gongyu filmed, has a 4km long circular walking path  that is perfect for walking along with your family or loved ones.

At night, there is are pop songs, classical music, OST songs, K-POP and more to enjoy alongside the 75m music fountain.

While next to the music fountain are a variety of performances, citizens are able to freely enjoy the beautiful music.

That’s not all, either. Cheongnaru, the octagonal pavilion and the urban beach allow visitors to relax and enjoy the beautiful scenery.  There is also a multiplaza and a uniquely shaped playground where people can enjoy various physical activities. It’s a great place to have fun and relax while making memories with your family and loved ones.

Ara Waterway Start Point, Jeongseojin

Nearby Cheongna Int’l City Station is the Gyeongin Ara Waterway whose start point has Jeongseojin’s Gyeongin Port Passenger Terminal, a fantastically famous spot. On December 31^st, it is hosting a New Years’ Countdown Party as once of Incheon’s best tourist attractions.

In order to preserve Korea’s collection of biological resources and caves, the Ministry of Environment designated the National Institute of Biological Resources as the place to hold approximately 1,750,000 specimen, of which 6,500 are on display.

Here, you can understand Korea’s ecology in one glance with the exhibitions displaying major and diverse ecology based on classification.
